Yoga can benefit kids significantly, and in some ways, possibly even more so than it nourishes adults. This workshop Class a fun active Yoga and Pilates fusion suitable for students of all ages. You will learn how to help your students build strength, muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, improved posture and self-awareness. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress!
