JOB DESCRIPTION: District Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE)
● Successful elementary teaching experience
● Ability to provide group/individual bilingual instruction for students in grades K-8
● Ability to analyze data and make instructional decisions
● Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
● Ability to work well with a variety of teachers
● Travel between district schools
REQUIREMENTS:
● Professional Educator License with an elementary endorsement as well as a bilingual endorsement/approval or have passed the Spanish Target Language Proficiency (TLP) Test
● Must Have Knowledge of WIDA, CCSS and Instructional Best Practices in Language, Literacy and Math
● Must Be Able To listen, speak, read and write Spanish fluently
