Board Certified Behavior Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Master’s Degree

2) Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 Endorsement

3) Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certificate

4) Minimum of three (3) years of successful school experience, ideally working with behavioral challenges

5) Well-versed in effective, research-based instructional strategies

6) Successful experience working with diverse student populations and using a variety of resources to meet student needs

7) Expert knowledge in the application of function-based intervention planning for developing behavior change strategies

8) Expert knowledge of techniques needed to successfully complete effective Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
