Required Qualifications:

  • A College Degree in Technology or related field
  • Strong technical understanding of various hardware and software systems
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to effectively work with others, both individually and in a group
  • Must project a positive image of the district to the staff and students as well as exhibit a positive employee attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs computer systems, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Configures computers for end-users
  • Supports the configuration of computer operating systems
  • Creates/edits digital media for distribution
  • Configures and maintains student and staff computer labs
  • Supports the integration of computers and mobile devices within the buildings
  • Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs classroom environments
  • Performs Audio Visual setups and maintenance
  • Performs various other duties as assigned

Terms of Employment:    

  • Salary based determined by the Board of Education
  • 200 working days (2 weeks before the first day of student attendance/2 weeks after the last day of student attendance)
