Professional Development Audit
Each Illinois school district is an Approved Professional Development Provider. As an Approved Provider, school districts must undergo Professional Development Provider Audit every four (4) years.
South Cook school districts will undergo the Professional Development Provider Audit at the same time as the Compliance Visit. During the Audit, South Cook staff will examine records of randomly chosen professional development activities to ensure that records align with state requirements for Professional Development Providers.

ISBE PD+ INITIATIVE
PD+ will be an interactive system that will house information about available professional development for Illinois educators and professional development providers. ISBE is currently in the process of building the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of the system. There will be a total of five phases with a tentative completion date of 2025.
