Student Advocacy Alternative Learning Opportunities (ALOP)

Article 13B of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/Art. 13B) recognizes that in order to achieve high standards, some students will need educational support and other support services that are not currently provided by their regular school programs. To address this need, SCISC offers partner school districts a Student Advocacy Alternative Learning Opportunities Program (ALOP). Through this program, students are supported utilizing a Student Advocacy Model.
